Class activities
Recreational sessions
We use bars,beam,vault,floor also trampoline for rebound.We develope childrens balance,awareness and self confidense
using these pieces of apparatus.
Every 4-6 weeks we will do badge work following the British gymnastics award scheme. This lets the children
work towards passing badges and certificates and medals. We encourage children to take the badges and certificates into their
schools where most Head teacher are more than willing to present them in assembly showing others the sucess they have achieved.
Pre school classes
Classes follow the British Gymnastics fundamentals initiative.
Parents are responsible for their children during the lesson. The coach will assist and help you work with your
child. The fundamentals scheme works towards passing badges and certificates teaching key balance and co-ordination skills.
Birthday parties
We run birthday parties at the gym.
You get sole use of the gym for 1 hour then 45 mins in the function room where you can prepare a birthday snack for the
children.
There is a qualified coach present to over see the party. the coach is not there to teach the children but to over see
that safe play is adopted on the equipment.
You can invite upto 24 children the cost for this is £100
If you have more than 24 children then please ask for details.
